Judy Cao, O.D. was born and raised in Southern California and received her Doctor of Optometry from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry. She is currently a resident in Pediatric Optometry and Vision Therapy/Neuro-Optometry at the Center for Vision Development Optometry in Pasadena, CA affiliated with the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University. She has an immense passion in pediatrics, special populations, vision therapy and neuro-optometry and looks forward to providing optimal and compassionate care to each and every one of her patient. She is wholeheartedly honored to be the recipient of the COVD Award of Excellence in Vision Therapy, the Dr. John Streff Scholarship Award, and the Dr. Robert Johnson Pediatric/Vision Therapy Award. She is thankful to the numerous doctors during optometry school and residency who have mentored and furthered her growth intellectually as a clinician. During her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, snowboarding and spending time with her friends and family, especially her niece and nephews.
Her paper titled, Multi-modality Optometric Treatment of Deep Amblyopia Secondary to Micro-esotropia and Anisometropia will be featured in a future issue of Optometry & Visual Performance!
